Brake fluid and inspection
Check the reservoir and inspect any low level, warning light or changed pedal feel before driving. Repeated topping-up is not a repair.
IntervalInspect fluid level/condition and visually check friction components every 5,000 miles or 6 months. Inspect lines/hoses every 15,000 miles or 18 months; measure brake thickness and disc runout every 30,000 miles or 36 months. No fixed fluid replacement interval is given here.Verified
