CVT fluid specification: Honda Genuine CVT Fluid (08200-9006) Verified

Level and compatibility: Use the specified fluid and the transmission-specific level-check procedure. Conventional ATF, belt-CVT fluid and manual gear oil are not interchangeable.
CVT quantity and level: HX CVT change quantity is 3.1 L (3.3 US qt), not 5.7 L total. Check warm, on level ground, after shutting the engine off: wait at least60 but no more than90 seconds, then check between dipstick marks. Use the later specified Honda Genuine CVT Fluid 08200-9006; do not use ATF-Z1 or infer HCF-2. Bulletin repair quantities do not replace this owner-manual change quantity.
